Office 365: forwarding setup Office 365 users can follow the below to setup forwarding to a non-Duke email provider

NOTE: Older browser versions will direct you to the lite version of Outlook Web Access(OWA) with no warning.  Be sure the browser is up to date.


  • Once logged in, click the cogwheel   on the top right of the web page. 
    Click ‘Mail‘ in the drop down menu.

  • Click Mail, then Accounts to reveal the Forwarding option.  This may already be revealed, click Forwarding to pull up the forwarding options.

  • Choose the options and make the adjustments on the following page.  Do not forget to click Save on the top of the forwarding section.
