How do I to remove/add/edit blocked senders?
You or someone will receive a bounce notification which will resemble the below. Follow the bullet points further below to remove the address and allow it to flow to your inbox.
- Log into mail.duke.edu with your NetID and password
- Click the cogwheel on the top right then choose Mail
- Click Block or Allow
- Scroll down to your blocked senders and make changes as needed. Click Save at the top of the page.
