Office 365: Edit blocked senders


How do I to remove/add/edit blocked senders?
You or someone will receive a bounce notification which will resemble the below.  Follow the bullet points further below to remove the address and allow it to flow to your inbox.

  • Log into mail.duke.edu with your NetID and password
  • Click the cogwheel on the top right then choose Mail

  • Click Block or Allow

  • Scroll down to your blocked senders and make changes as needed.  Click Save at the top of the page.
