If you wish to change your display name in the Office 365 environment, you can do so from within your self service tool at OIT Account Self Service. This process will change your display name for future e-mail messages you send. It will not change it on messages you have already sent.
You can change your display name as follows:
On the right hand side, click “Manage your Email.”
